Often we can help you over the phone or via remote access to your system over the internet but if that’s no appropriate we come out to you and there is NO CALLOUT CHARGE. if we need to replace anything that’s covered – THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.
When we carry out your routine maintenance visit again it’s all inclusive.
We make a timed appointment. We don’t ask you to hang around all day or even half a day we fix a time with you in advance. We expect you value your time just as we value ours so what’s that worth to you?
