The GuardHome philosophy is not simply about the installation of a security system, we promise to deliver you total peace of mind. We believe that to achieve this objective we must demonstrate to you the highest standards of attention to detail and customer care at all times. We are proud of our award winning customer service and this charter is our written commitment to you.

  1. We will respect your time and always give you a specific time for our appointments with you and we will keep to it.
  2. We will carry out a thorough survey using technically competent and security cleared staff and listen to your specific security concerns.
  3. We will answer questions openly and honestly, if we do not know an answer we will tell you and attempt to find you an answer.
  4. We will always treat you and your premises with the utmost respect, we will remove our shoes whenever we enter your home and clean up the minimal mess that we might make during an installation.
  5. We will never subject you to hard sell techniques or incessant sales calls.
  6. We will provide you with a detailed written proposal for intruder alarms within three working days.
  7. We will provide you with a written quotation with clear and unambiguous pricing, there will never be any hidden charges.
  8. We will install your system as detailed in your design specification only using GuardHome employed, trained and security cleared staff.
  9. We will give you thorough training in the effective use of the system.
  10. We will provide you with a free “bedding in” period where we will monitor your system for you to ensure that it is operating correctly.
  11. We will provide you with an emergency contact number that is directed to our 24 hour support centre, to provide you with round the clock technical support.
  12. We will provide you with technical support that does not make use of premium rate numbers.
  13. We will carry out remote changes to your system free of charge.
  14. We will not lock you into a long term contractual obligation
