Yesterday whilst carrying out a routine service on a clients alarm, I couldn’t help but overhear her frustration at dealing with Sky customer support!

Her conversation went something along the lines “If I upgrade you can get someone round to install a new box tomorrow, but if I simply want my existing sky box fixed I have to wait two weeks before someone can call?” I wonder how many other people find their suppliers customers support equally unsympathetic and new business orientated?

Anyway we fixed her Sky system whilst we there for free, saving her 2 weeks of frustration and at least £65 into the bargain!
