Luckily for our clients – we provide them with training on the day of installation. We do this for as long as it takes for them to operate and understand the basics of the system.

Things are a lot more complex for us programmers. There are over 500 settings on an average alarm panel and over 1000 on some of our newer products. The majority of these settings are extremely relevant and need to be tailored specifically to provide the client with the correct security for their needs.

Last week we visited a potential client who had two non-GuardHome deployed alarms in different partitions of their building. One was barely functioning and the other wasn’t functioning at all.

GuardHome would always recommend a yearly maintenance contract due to the complex nature of the systems. Over time, without a maintenance contract the functionality of the systems will decline. GuardHome, however, provides all of this with customer support and a 24 hour dedicated emergency helpline.
