Finally the cold weather has arrived, although even this month had a few days where t shirts seemed more appropriate than thermals. At the start of the month and the year, we welcomed Darren Hills into the company, as detailed in my previous blog. I am very optimistic that Darren will develop into a first class employee for GuardHome.
2015 will be a very important year for GuardHome. We plan to build upon the foundations that we laid down during 2014, and with some additional management changes being implemented to develop new business opportunities. Our relationship to support Courtney Thorne didn’t work out as planned, so we have mutually agreed to terminate this agreement on amicable terms.
Burglaries in the local areas continue to run at a high level and we have provided a number of Fast Track responses to some of these enquiries. We were delighted to help an elderly woman in Ware who had two rear doors destroyed during a break in at her home. We had her fully protected and GuardHome Safe within a few days of her enquiry.
One of our existing clients in the Takeley area instructed us to fully upgrade their analogue CCTV system to a High Definition 1080P system, and again we Fast Tracked this work so it was completed within a week. Fast Track is a unique free service that we provide at our discretion to clients that warrant emergency fast response.
